Dear Linda, Gregg and Pilar…thank you for the memorial gathering yesterday. It helped to bring closure, gave us the opportunity to reflect on our relationship with Gene, and allowed us to share in hearing about so many different aspects of his life. The entire gathering was special: video of Gene, sharing by his brother-in-law, Gregg’s memories of his dad, other friend’s recollections, the toast – all of it gave us time to remember Gene and let us know we weren’t alone in missing him. The humor helped a lot – it is good to laugh.
Thank you for providing the opportunity to celebrate Gene’s life and forallowing us to share in the celebration.

This is a wonderful tribute to your Dad. The time and effort you put into this really shows how much you loved him. You were able to capture the many sides of him. The video will be able to teach your children (as they get older) what a neat man he was. I can only imagine how proud he was of all you have accomplished both in business and with your lovely family.

What a wonderful celebration of Gene!!!
It was good to hear from Gene’s family and friends and somehow comforting to see how very loved he was by so many.
